I’m sorry. I didn’t understand that was how it was supposed to be done. I didn’t understand it was that complex. I didn’t understand that was the right way to do it.
This is an area that needs to be highly monitored and urgently acted on. It can be extremely unsafe for some individuals who are used to blaming themselves or have been blamed extensively by others when they are unsuccessful at tasks that require them to demonstrate skills when they are still learning or have not been exposed to these types of tasks before.
