Understanding others use of time language

Just a tic

I’ll be there in a minute

Hold your horses

How long does it take you to blow your nose?

How long does it take you to tie your shoelaces?

How long does it take you to eat a bowl of cereal?

How long does it take you to cook a meal?

If you were going to write an equation for each person that you know about how long it takes for them to blow their noses or something like that. How would you lay it out on the page? And. Where in the curriculum does it teach you to specifically practice laying stuff out on the page?

I loved these books. I bought them all when I saw them. They actually had space to write things down without writing so small. Plus there were actually lots of examples of the same types of things on the ‘same page’ so that you could get into a rhythm in what you were doing.
