It is extremely helpful as a therapist to have access to video and photographs of how an individual has specifically performed completing the same task over years and years. Video in particular allows the therapist to be able to look at the second by second interaction with the individual across a range of settings e.g. at home versus out in the community (water parks, restaurants, shopping centres). Families will often have these stored on their phones. For large quantities of information they may need to bring in a laptop if the information is stored on there or to bring in the USB / hard drives so that the therapist and parent and individual can review them together.
