Disengaging

I need time for myself.

I need to take care of my own health.

I have a body that I need to take care of.

I am not a machine. I need to be able to sleep well at night to take care of myself. I need to sit down for enough time to eat my three meals a day safely without eating them too quickly. I need to have enough time whilst I eat to think about if I want more or less so that I can judge my energy requirements for the day and make adjustments.
